Welcome to the GT Endurance Cup Europe 2026
Presented by Grand Touring Organization
Dear Competitors, Teams and Drivers,
We are proud to launch the GT Endurance Cup Europe (GTEC) – the premier iRacing-based GT3 endurance championship for 2026.
Organised by the Grand Touring Organization, GTEC is built for serious sim racers who crave authentic endurance racing. Combining the precision of iRacing with real-world GT3 machinery, the series delivers a complete season of high-stakes competition across some of Europe’s most iconic circuits.
The 2026 Season Format
The championship features a balanced mix of sprint-endurance and true endurance events:
Red Bull Ring – 6 Hours (Season Opener)
Spa-Francorchamps – 24 Hours of Spa (Flagship Event)
Monza, Nürburgring and Portimão – 3-Hour races
Every round is preceded by official practice and qualifying, with mandatory Prologue and Spa Prologue test days to ensure every entry is race-ready.
Three Competitive Classes
GTEC is divided into three distinct cups to suit every level of driver:
PRO – Unlimited driver categorisation (solo Porsche 992 GT3R entries welcome)
PRO/AM – Platinum/Gold + Silver + Bronze line-ups
AM – Silver + Bronze line-ups
Driver categorisation is based on iRating (1500–5000) at registration, with Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze brackets. Full sporting regulations govern driver line-ups, maximum stint times (70 minutes) and driving-time requirements, especially in the 24-hour race.
Why Race in GTEC?
Factory GT3 cars – 13 eligible models including the Porsche 911 GT3 R (992), Ferrari 296 GT3, BMW M4 GT3 Evo and more.
Professional organisation – Full iRacing Sporting Code compliance, dedicated Race Control, Stewards and live broadcast.
Fair play & safety – Strict rules on driving standards, blue flags, pit-lane discipline and unsportsmanlike behaviour.
Championship honours – Overall Team Championship plus PRO/AM and AM Cup titles, with points awarded across every race (including intermediate classification at 6h and 12h of Spa).
Prizes & recognition – Prize money for top 3 in each category, trophies, medals, and automatic invitations for champions to the 2027 season.
Entry & Registration
Full-season, single-event and 24 Hours of Spa-only entries are available. Applications open 28 March 2026 and close 25 April 2026. Full details, fees and the official entry form are available on the GTEC Discord.
We look forward to welcoming you to the grid and seeing you fight for glory under the lights of the Red Bull Ring this May.
Let the endurance begin.
